Reigate Art Gallery is available to hire all year round on a weekly basis.
Unlike many galleries, we do not take commission on sales.
Terms and Conditions
The exhibitor will have full use of the gallery as well as
kitchen and toilet facilities.
A web page will be included in the hire of the gallery one
month before the exhibition featuring artist's statement, several exhibition pictures and a link to the artist's website.
A reservation deposit of 50% is required six weeks before
the exhibition to secure the booking which is non refundable. Full payment is required two weeks before the opening.
A £50 deposit is also required before the commencement of
the exhibition which is refundable one week after the close of the exhibition. This is to cover any damages to the gallery
incurred during the exhibition by the exhibitor.
On leaving the gallery after an exhibition the exhibitor must
insure the space is clean and tidy.
The gallery will not be responsible for the following services:
Staffing, catering and staffing for private views, photography, printing, stationery and postage, publicity and PR (excluding
website listing on Reigate Art Gallery website).
The gallery requires that its own visitor's book should be
displayed throughout the exhibition. Visitors wishing to be added to the gallery mailing list for future shows may sign the
book which will remain at all times the property of the gallery.
The exhibitor shall comply will all electrical, safety and
security requirements.
No part of the gallery is to be used for any unlawful purpose.
The exhibitor shall not exhibit any material other than that
approved by the gallery.
